James' New Creations Taxidermy accepts NO responsibility for the legality of harvest of the specimen(s) listed above. All licenses, tags, and identification must be presented at the time of check-in. 50% minimum deposit required prior to commencement of work. By signing below, I state that this animal was taken legally in compliance with state and federal game laws. I understand that due to factors beyond the taxidermist's control, such as field care, all tanning, whether done in house or otherwise, is done at customer's risk only. We cannot be responsible for the results of tanning. We have no control over any skin or trophy prior to our receiving it for tanning and/or mounting. Many factors have a definite effect on the final results of tanning, such as primeness, time of the year, climatic condition (hot or cold), and the care given to the trophy or skin in the field at the time it was killed, which may also include hair slippage due to bacteria growth. For these reasons we cannot assume any responsibility or offer any guarantee of the tanning of a skin or the mounting of a trophy. I also understand that if the mount is not paid for in full and picked up within 15 days of being notified of completion, a $10 per day service charge will be applied to the remaining balance. After 30 days it becomes property of James' New Creations Taxidermy and any deposit will be forfeited. I understand that estimated completion dates are tentative and subject to seasonal demand and other factors. James' New Creations Taxidermy, it's owners or employees, will NOT be held responsible for loss or damage or specimens or other items resulting from: Theft, Fire, Vandalism, Flood, Third Party loss or damage, or other circumstance or act of God that is beyond our control. Checks returned for any reason will result in a $50 returned check fee. James' New Creations Taxidermy reserves the right to retain possession of all work until checks for final balances clear for payment. NO work will be released from the studio until the balance is paid in full - NO EXCEPTIONS! Any cancelled order will result in a $50 service charge. No cancellations after commencement of work permitted.<
